So often we find ourselves comparing ourselves to others – looks, finances, skill sets, etc. Unknowingly, in doing so, you are setting yourself up for failure. There is always going to be someone that is smarter than you, more wealthy, more muscular. But they aren’t YOU! You see, your value is not defined by results, but by the effort you put in. And more importantly, how you impact others. When you realize that it was never a competition is when you finally win. The chip on your shoulder will be gone and you can truly begin to be the best you. The moment you truly win is the moment you realize it was never a competition.
